Zakharov Apartment House

The Zakharov apartment building is located at the intersection of Klinsky Prospekt and Bronnitskaya Street. The corner building was built in 1967. In the following years, the house underwent 3 changes. In 1897, Pavel Mikhailovich Mulkhanov, a technician, rebuilt both facades of the building. In 1900, the architect-artist Zograf Agafonik Antonovich completed the facade along Bronnitskaya Street. And in 1913, Alexey Alexandrovich Zakharov, a civil engineer and a relative of the owner of the house, built the premises. The final version of A.A. Zakharov began to exist later as an apartment building.
