Detailed description
The building was built in 1926-1928 by engineer I. N. Krysov according to the design of architect Guryev-Gurevich. The four-storey administrative building is located in the historical center of the city. Angular accents stand out. An example of a business building built in the 1920s in the constructivist style. The largest rooms are the central lobby and the two-light operating room. The lobby's ceiling lights are decorated with stucco, and the columns are decorated with granite. The operating room has coffered ceilings with decorative murals, chandeliers and a carved wooden balustrade on the mezzanine of the third floor.
