The mansion of S. Sysoev
Detailed description
The building was built in 1845. It is a two-storey house, painted beige for the merchant Sysoev. Johann Frichter, a Catholic German watchmaker, became the second owner. He bequeathed the mansion to a German charity shelter, and the establishment of an almshouse began here. The shelter accommodated 13 boys. After the revolution, the house was given to the Leonov Club.
