I.D. Korobkov's apartment house

The construction of the Korobkov Apartment Building was started in 1901 by architect Dmitry Alekseevich Shagin. In 1901-1902, architect Vasily Vasilyevich Schaub completed its construction. In 1882-1945, Alexey Nikolaevich Tolstoy, a student of the Institute of Technology, who later became an outstanding writer, lived in this house. Currently, various institutions and organizations are located in this building.
