The apartment building of A.M. Geronimus is located next to the Pokrovsky Old Believers Cathedral, as well as near the Don River. The house was built at the end of the 19th century and is designed in an eclectic style. It is a two-storey building with small covered balconies. Currently, the house is in an unpresentable condition.
