Apartment house Ts.O. Elstein

The building was built at the end of the 19th century. There are various details characteristic of classicism and Baroque, brick decor is used. The building has an L-shaped shape with two floors, platbands of different shapes, a basement and a multi-pitched roof. In 1913, the apartment building was owned by Tsipa Osherovna Elshtein.
