Barricade

The Chicherin House is a historical and architectural monument located at the corner of Nevsky Prospekt and the Moika River, near the Green Bridge. The building was built in the 18th century, namely in 1771. Since 1931, the Barricade cinema has been located in this building. He is known for not stopping his work even during the years of the blockade. In 2006, the building began to be reconstructed, and now a hotel is located there.
