Detailed description
The observation deck is located opposite the building of the Rostov State Musical and Drama Theater named after M. Gorky and is one of the main attractions of the city.
It offers views of the diverse architecture and picturesque buildings of the city, including the Socialist Revolution Square, the Central Market, the building of the Rostov Regional Duma and many other attractions.
