The building of the city barracks

The building of the city barracks, located at 97 Krasnoarmeyskaya Street, was built in 1912, as indicated by the date laid out on the brick facade. Previously, part No. 54374 was located here, but after the order of the Deputy Minister of Defense, the land and the building were transferred to the municipal ownership of the city of Rostov-on-Don in 2012. The building has the status of a cultural heritage site of regional importance in the city.
