E.F. Lopatina's mansion

The mansion was built in 1899. The hostess of the house is an ordinary peasant, E.F. Lopatina, but her relatives were very wealthy merchants from the Yaroslavl province. A very beautiful mansion, lavishly decorated with stucco and floral ornaments, was sold in 1913 as the office of a sewing factory, and in Soviet times there was also a Sewing Factory No. 5. Today, the factory continues to function, but the mansion building itself is rented out for various offices. It is kept in excellent condition.
