The merchant's wife I.A. Lapteva's mansion is located in the Pryamikov Children's Park. The construction of this mansion was carried out in the period of 1909. The building is a two-storey brick structure, which is lined with ceramic bricks. Currently, a private clinic is located in the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
