Detailed description
The estate was built in 1894 by architect E.S. Yuditsky. Noteworthy is the arrangement of the gallery on the second floor with semicircular arches decorated with caryatids and stucco decorations. The ceiling is decorated with stucco cornices and stucco ceiling lights. The mirrors in the gallery are flanked by pilasters and framed by stucco with botanical motifs. The entrance portal also has a semicircular pediment. The staircase leading to the second floor is fenced with cast metal. Stucco decoration and multi-tiered moldings have been preserved in all rooms. The shape of the doorways and window frames has also been preserved.
