Detailed description
The Small Cascade Staircase was built as part of the development program of the North Caucasus Federal District and opened in 2020. The small cascade staircase has a cascading fountain and fountains rising from the ground, comfortable seating areas with plenty of comfortable benches, a rotunda with wonderful panoramic views, a large chessboard for outdoor games and beautiful flower beds
