The apartment house of the merchant Ochakov Suite

The building was erected in 1900 by order of the timber industrialist Yakov Yemelyanovich Ochakov. In 1914, this building housed the office of Dr. Gorelov, who used hypnosis to treat bad habits. In the 1920s, one of the buildings of the Gornyak sanatorium was located in this building. Later, the building became partially abandoned and was put up for sale.
