The house of M.I. Meshkova was built at the end of the 19th century. The style is neoclassicism. On the second floor, the facade emphasizes the extreme openings, which are located on the second floor in semi-columns on brackets. On the windows of the second floor there are richly decorated architraves and sandriks.
