Ruins of the apartment house of P.Y. Zemlyakov

The house is a monument of civil architecture of the last quarter of the 19th century. The building was built in an eclectic style. It had a U-shaped volume. The building was built for P.Ya.Zemlyakov. The building has two floors and is built of brick. The main volume is U–shaped, covered with a roof with four ramps. There are small balconies above the two main entrances.
