M.V. Leontiev's apartment house

The building was built at the end of the 19th century. In 1913, the house supposedly belonged to M. V. Leontiev. The building is brick, two-storeyed, with a multi-pitched roof. In the facade design, niches and kokoshniks above them, the openwork fencing of the balcony, and the plaster decor attract attention. Now the house is partially residential -the second floor is occupied, and the first floor is rented to various organizations.
