I.K. Paramonov's apartment house

The I.K. Paramonov Apartment Building is located in the historical center of the city, near the Public Library. The house now houses the zonal library of the Southern Federal University. The house was built in 1914 by architect L.F. Eberg for the family of Nikolai Paramonov. The building, designed in the neoclassical style, is decorated with a six-columned portico and four-meter-high double-sided and double-arched stairs. The house is now in a renovated condition.
