K.P. Polushkin's House

Kupriyan Pavlovich Polushkin is a Nizhny Novgorod merchant. The wooden house in Gruzinsky Lane was built in 1911. The author of the project is not known. This apartment building is made in a unique style for Nizhny Novgorod "wooden Art Nouveau". The house is decorated with a high pediment tower, carved balusters of open terraces at the side entrances. Not all the wooden details of the decor have been preserved, but the house is considered an architectural monument.
