Residential quarter of NKH
Detailed description
The residential quarter of the NKKH, which includes house No. 24, was created on the site of the former Bugrovsky Garden in the late 1920s, designed by architect Alexander Yakovlev. Located at the intersection of Alekseevskaya and Gruzinskaya streets, this block became the first large residential complex in the historical center of Nizhny Novgorod. The territory opposite house No. 24 was improved in 2022: seedlings of trees and shrubs were planted, lawns were sown, flower beds were laid out and new street lights were installed.
