Detailed description
The house was built in 1864 according to a project developed by architect I.K.Kostryukov. It is an example of a wooden building. This house is the only wooden structure with a mezzanine "for 4 persons" that has been preserved in Nizhny Novgorod. It is one of the components of the line of the historical development of Gruzinskaya Street.
