Detailed description
The building is an architectural monument and is located in the historical center of Nizhny Novgorod. The date of construction of the building dates back to 1825-1839. The house was built in the style of Russian classicism according to the project of architect I. Ye. Efimov. The house consists of two floors with 11 windows, including semi-circular ones. On the second floor, you can observe the painted architraves. It is currently a cultural heritage site of regional significance.
