Detailed description
The building was built in 1903. It is a two-storey stone building in the Art Nouveau style. At the beginning of the 20th century, there was a private girls' gymnasium here. Then the apartments in it were rented out. Famous actors of the Nizhny Novgorod Drama Theater lived here, among others.
