Detailed description
A two-storey stone house built in the 1840s. It is part of the Henchmen's house complex. The house is recognized as a cultural heritage site. Nearby are the Nizhny Novgorod Comedy Theater, Sverdlov Square, the Sverdlov Recreation Center, the N.A. Dobrolyubov Museum, and the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Bank of Russia.
