House of A.G. Arsenyev
Detailed description
The house is located at the western corner of the block, bounded by Nikitskaya, Dzerzhinsky, Sovetskaya streets and the bank of the Upa River. This house is a relatively small 2-storey stone residential complex, with a plan close to square (15.1 x 18.2 meters). The walls of the facades of the house are plastered and painted. In the center of the house, two window axes are highlighted with a rhizolite, and the corners of the house have wide paneled pilasters. The windows with arched lintels are located on the second floor, they are surrounded by simple-shaped architraves. The cornice, which rises above the house, is decorated with a profile. The four roof slopes are covered with slate.
