The house of the merchant Raisa Voronova
Detailed description
A monument of urban planning and architecture of regional importance, subject to state protection. The building was built in the middle of the XVIII century. It is a rectangular two-storey brick building with a plastered facade. In the 19th century, the building was owned by Tula merchant Raisa Voronova. In 1870, the building was sold to the diocese for administrative needs and archives.
Further, after the October Revolution, the house was occupied by the criminal investigation department, then by the Tula police.
Currently, the building is in operation, it is occupied by the Tula Traffic police Department.
