Detailed description
Nikitsky Gate is located next to the Tula Kremlin. The architecture of the arches of the gate is made in the Russian style, imitating the architecture of Moscow in the 17th century. This is evidenced by large protruding arches with cornices and parapet roofs. The middle arch is supported by powerful columns and topped by a spire decorated with a golden double-headed eagle.
