Detailed description
The building was built in the early 19th century in 1906-1907 by architect F.I. Lidval. The owner of the house was an honorary citizen, engineer Arthur Fedorovich Zimmerman. The house was built in two sets. An L-shaped corner house was originally built. The building turned out to be picturesque, in the Art Nouveau style, five storeys high. The architect was awarded for the best facade of a house in the city. The decoration used light plaster and brown glazed tiles. Windows have become the main decoration of the house - there are about 25 different types of them.
