Apartment houses of I.L. Balbashevsky

The building is in the Northern Art Nouveau style, built in 1911 in the same style as the neighboring houses. All these buildings are now considered separate buildings of one house on Rasstannaya Street. The house was designed by military engineer Ivan Balbashevsky. There was a hotel in this building before the Great Patriotic War.
