People's House of Countess S.V. Panina 1904 architect Yu.Yu. Benois

The building is a monument of architecture and urban planning of federal significance. Built in 1903. The philanthropist Countess Sofia Panina built it at her own expense. A public observatory, a public theater troupe were organized in the house, interesting lectures were given.since 1926 and to this day, the House of Culture of Railway Workers has been located in the building, the building is periodically repaired, kept in excellent condition. This is a two-storey house, with arched spacious windows, brick, solid masonry.
