Apartment house of E.P. Ozerova

The apartment building was built in 1910 by V.N. Filimonov, a technician. Initially, the land was owned by N.K. Sovkov, a philistine. In 1901, he sold it to Evdokia Petrovna, an honorary citizen of Ozerova. And by her order, an apartment building was built, where she died in 1911 and bequeathed her house to relatives. After the revolution, the house was nationalized. There is now a hotel in this building, which occupied the building after reconstruction in 2007.
