Durdin 's apartment house

Durdin's apartment building is located at the intersection of Ligovsky Prospekt and Obvodny Canal. The building was built in 1907, then rebuilt and expanded in 1913. The house is one of the first seven–storey buildings in St. Petersburg, which were allowed to be built in 1905 on the widest streets of the city. The building was divided into apartments from 1 to 8 rooms. Currently, the house houses apartments and commercial premises.
