Detailed description
The building was built in the early 20th century, in 1910-1911, according to the design of architect A.I. Zazersky, who lived here until 1941. The architectural style of the house is modern. In particular, leaded stained glass windows with geometric patterns have been preserved.The building has wrought-iron balconies, large arched windows, and its facade is decorated with a cornice with moldings.
