M.E. Dobrynin's apartment house
Detailed description
This object is one of the oldest architectural structures of the early 19th century. It was built in the 1820s as the plot of the Dobrynina petty bourgeoisie, and 20 years later as a barracks for customs inspectors. Before the outbreak of the revolution in October 1917, it belonged to the Department of Trade of the city of Rostov-on-Don. The house is currently residential.
