Detailed description
Viktor Alexandrovich Schroeter is a master of the brick style. In 1894, he bought land at the intersection of the banks of the Moika River for the construction of a workshop. The facade of the building is lined with brick. Only some decorative details are made of stucco. The architecture includes elements of Gothic architecture.
Seven Gothic bay windows in the triangular part of the house add light to the building and enhance the view of the Moika River.
On the top floor there is a studio with large windows.
