Detailed description
The building was created in 1884 by a well-known architect in the city and the creator of several outstanding buildings of the city. This building is located in the very center of the city. It used to be a manor house, and it was built for a well-known collegiate adviser at that time, the forester of the Mint Cottage of the Yekaterinburg district, G. S. Kudrin. It is a two-storey building in a delicate pink color. The main entrance is located slightly to the side under a triangular roof, made with openwork frames. The ground floor and its windows are just below ground level. There are also openwork grilles on the window openings. The facade of the second floor is decorated with horizontal wavy lines, and the top is decorated with delicate inserts.
