The observation deck is located on the territory of Petrovsky Park. The playground is equipped for a comfortable stay. The site offers a picturesque view of the waters of the Middle Harbor, the bay and the ships. Nearby there are: the Battleship Ingermanland technical monument, the monument to Peter the Great and other attractions dedicated to the fleet.
