Information and Library Center of Socm named after O. E. Kler

The library center was opened on the basis of the museum library. At the beginning of the twentieth century, the library was considered the largest in the entire Urals. By 1917, the library had sixty thousand different volumes. The library receives books as a gift, and the collection of books is replenished. Meetings of Ural local historians are held in the reading room.
