The building was built in 1869-1870. The architectural appearance of the building belongs to the eclectic style. The building is a two-storey brick building. Architect Mizhuev P.P. worked on the initial design of the building. Architect Hartman V.A. The house belonged to chamberlain Yakovlev, and later his illegitimate son Alexei inherited it.
