Detailed description
The history of the mansion begins at the beginning of the XVIII century. At the end of the 18th century, the house was acquired by the merchant F.V. Var, who owns the neighboring house. Dolgorukova became the owner of the mansion. The building was a two-story brick structure, the roof of which is crowned by an attic. There is a balcony with wrought iron railings on the second floor. The new house was decorated in an eclectic style. The windows of the second floor are lined with architraves.
