House of Nirnsee
Detailed description
The building was built in the early 20th century in 1912-1913 according to the design of architect E.R.Nirnze, the design of part of the facade was carried out by the artist Alexander Golovin. The building is multi-storey, residential, the house is crowned with a ceramic panel with swans. In 1915, a film pavilion was equipped on the roof of the Nirnsee House, since that time the building has been closely associated with cinema, such films as "Fairy Tales ... fairy Tales ... tales of the Old Arbat", "Courier" by Karen Shakhnazarov, "Office Romance" by Eldar Ryazanov, the finale "The Meeting Place cannot be changed" by Stanislav Govorukhin were shot on its roof.
