Apartment house of V.G. Chubakov
Detailed description
The mansion for the owners of the manufactory was built in 1910. The building, designed in the Art Nouveau style with a rounded corner, was supposed to connect and form the architectural appearance of the quarter. The facade of the house is richly decorated with stucco bas-reliefs, arched windows on the ground floor and elegant bay windows give the building a majestic appearance. The rich interior decoration of the interior has been preserved in almost perfect condition: decorative elements in the form of stucco ornaments on the walls and ceilings of the palace,
stained glass windows and wrought iron railings. From 1922 to 1944, the Soviet poet N. S. Tikhonov lived and worked here, as evidenced by the memorial plaque on the house.
