The building was built in the second half of the 19th century. It has historical significance. It will consist of two buildings facing the red line of the avenue, and inside the courtyard there is a two-storey mansion. At the beginning of the twentieth century, there were a large number of shops here. The facades of the building are decorated with various decorative elements, as well as the inscriptions "Domus propria Domus optima" and "Dies diem docet".
