The mansion of A.M. Shcherbatova

In 1845, a two-story house with a simplified facade was built. In the same year, the house was rebuilt for Princess A.M. Shcherbatova. Later, in the 1870s, the mansion belonged to Pavel Potekhin, a juror. The mansion was used as an apartment building. Also, in 1917, Sergei Yesenin lived in the mansion for a while.
