Prison Prison Tower
Detailed description
The building was built in 1829 and was intended to house a military prison. Architect Alexander Egorovich Staubert worked on the project of the building. The building has three floors and is ring-shaped. The construction was completed in record time – in just two years. Because of its shape, the building was nicknamed "The Bottle," and since no one wanted to end up in prison, the locals got the catch phrase "don't get into the bottle."
