N.D. Pashin apartment house

The building was erected in 1914. Brick and stucco stylized decors typical of the Art Nouveau style were used for interior decoration. On the facade, the extreme relief is highlighted, completed with parapet bollards (their crowning part and fences are lost). The attic, which is located on the facade, has a complex shape. The architectural and artistic appearance of the building is determined by attic wreaths, a frieze with floral inserts and wreaths; niches for sinks on the corner of the house. The gate in the passage has been lost. New balconies have been installed on the ground floor, as well as a new doorway along the facade. This building has a complex configuration in plan – it is three-storeyed, with an attic roof and a basement.
