The manor Museum was opened in 1962 on March 11. Famous personalities such as Dmitry Ivanovich Mendeleev, the scientist, the opera singer Fyodor Ivanovich Chaliapin, the painter Ilya Yefimovich Repin and many others visited here. It was here that N. A. Yaroshenko spent his last days. He was buried not far from the estate, at the location of St. Nicholas Cathedral. Exhibitions of traveling artists of the past centuries and modern masters are held in the estate. The large territory allows you to walk and enjoy the views of the manor plot, which includes an orchard, a miniature arboretum and a park with a fountain.
