Detailed description

On Myasnitskaya Street there is a three-storey building, which in the period from 1893 to 1917 was used as a tea shop and an apartment building. The building was built in 1893 by architect Roman Klein and belonged to merchant Sergei Vasilyevich Perlov. In 1895-1896, the house was partially rebuilt in the pseudo-Chinese style by Karl Gippius. After the revolution, the tea shop on the ground floor continued to operate, and the remaining floors were given over to communal apartments.
