I. E. Kuznetsov bought the land together with the Saltykov family home in 1907, and the building was built between 1908 and 1910. The best architectural solutions were noted on the facade of the building. The building has a deep arch, with a lion on a pedestal and coats of arms. This explains the other name of the House - "The House with the Lion".

И. Е Кузнецов в 1907 году купил землю вместе с фамильным домом Салтыковых, и здание было построено между 1908 и 1910 годами. На фасаде здания были отмечены лучшие архитектурные решения. Строение имеет глубокую арку, со львом на постаменте и гербами. Это объясняет другое название Дома - «Дом со львом».
