The Governor's house is located near the V. V. Veresaev House Museum. The building was built in the second half of the 18th century. It is a corner two-storey red brick building with arched windows. Currently, the building is owned by LLC "Ecoservice". The house is classified as a national heritage site of regional importance.

Дом губернатора расположен недалеко от дома-музея В. В. Вересаева. Здание возведено во второй половине 18 века. Представляет собой угловое двухэтажное строение из красного кирпича с арочными окнами. В настоящее время зданием владеет ООО «ЭКОсервис». Дом отнесен к объектам народного достояния регионального значения.
